Once the project is completed and payment terms are fulfilled, all rights to the final content are transferred to the client. You are free to use or distribute the material as desired.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required prior to starting any service. Any taxes or fees applicable under local or international law are the responsibility of the client.

Revisions Policy

Clients are eligible for revisions within 7 days of project delivery. In certain cases, this timeframe may be extended up to 14 days.

Typical revision timelines:

• For 24-hour delivery projects: Revisions completed within 24 hours.
• For 24–48 hour projects: Revisions within 48 hours.
• For projects with longer timelines: Revisions delivered within 72 hours.

Project Guidelines

All service requirements are clarified with the client before work begins. Any updates or limitations will be addressed based on the initial agreement.

Refund Policy

Clients can cancel their order and request a full refund before the manuscript is submitted. After submission, a deduction of $150 or 10% of the order value (whichever is less) applies.

No refunds will be issued beyond 90 calendar days from the purchase date.

Refunds are not granted for changes of mind after order confirmation. Refund eligibility depends on the progress of the project, as outlined below:

• Before manuscript submission: Full refund available.
• Post-submission but pre-design: Refund minus $150 or 10%, whichever is less.
• After design work has started but before final approval: 50% refund.
• After final approval: No refund available.
